What we collect

Brand briefs. When you run the audit and send your brief, we collect your company name, your name, work email, optional phone number, your product category and product name, the synthetic dyes and conditions you entered, and any notes you add.

Supplier profiles. When you submit or claim a supplier profile, we collect your company name, your name, work email, website, specialties, minimum order, lead time, certifications and capacity notes.

Contact messages. When you write to us through the Contact page, we collect your name, work email, optional company, who you are (brand, supplier or other) and your message.

Basic site data. Our hosting and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page.

Business contact information from public sources. To tell suppliers and food and beverage brands about this site, we collect business contact details that organizations publish themselves, such as a company name, a business email address or contact form, and the name and job title of a person listed on a company website or professional profile. We use this only to contact that organization about OTHER Natural Flavors and to keep a record of the outreach.

Anonymous audit data

When you run the audit, we store your answers without your name, company or contact details. We use them to publish aggregate figures, such as which dyes brands are replacing and in which products. We never publish a single audit's answers.

How we use it

We use brief information to prepare sourcing briefs and to introduce you to suppliers that fit. We use supplier information to review, publish and maintain the supplier directory and to match suppliers with briefs. We use contact details to reply to you. We use site data to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Outreach. We may email the business contacts described above about the site, the reformulation audit, and supplier listings. Each email identifies Xponent21 Inc as the sender, comes from an othernaturalflavors.com address, and includes a way to opt out. If you opt out or ask us not to contact you, we add your address to a suppression list and do not email you again.

What suppliers see

When we match your brief with a supplier, we share the product details in your brief. Your company name and contact details stay private until you approve an introduction.

What the public sees

Only approved supplier profiles appear in the public directory. We show company name, website, specialties, minimum order, lead time and certifications. We never publish supplier contact names or email addresses.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host the site, store data and send email on our behalf; with suppliers or brands as described above and with your approval; and when the law requires it.

Outreach and contact records are handled for us by Xponent21 Inc, which operates this site, using its own email and customer-relationship tools.

Retention and deletion

We keep briefs and profiles as long as they are useful for matching and our records. You can ask us to delete your brief, supplier profile or message at any time through the Contact page. We delete the record and its related matches permanently.

Outreach records are kept while the contact is relevant to the site. We keep a suppression entry for anyone who opts out so we do not contact them again.

Security

We use access controls so only authorized administrators can view contact details. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to run it, such as keeping you signed in as an administrator and limiting repeated form submissions.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. Send a request through the Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

To opt out of outreach, reply to any of our emails or write to reformulation@othernaturalflavors.com. Tell us the address you want removed and we will do it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
